I provide supportive counselling for people dealing with anxiety, perfectionism, and stress, as well as trauma, depression, and relationship issues.

My approach is calm and compassionate, with a focus on helping people build on their unique strengths. I’ll work with you to define your goals and then map out a plan to reach them.

I’m committed to providing inclusive services for people of all backgrounds and social identities. I strive to practice in a culturally-sensitive manner, welcoming clients of all genders, sexual orientations, races, ethnicities, and religions.

I’m a Registered Doctoral Psychologist (#1105) in Saskatchewan. I have a Ph.D. in Counselling Psychology from the University of Calgary.
